constructed textiles, which display a concern for recycling and sustainable
design.
Her highly original, playful textiles combine traditional techniques
such as weaving, dying, rope making and knotting with surprising materials
such as bicycle innertubes and reflective yarns. These she fashions
into a range of cushions, rugs, wall panels and screens.
Her unusual and thought provoking approach has gained much press interest
and she has exhibited her work nationally and internationally (including
100% Design + 100% Guaranteed, The Geffrye Museum, London. Marble Gallery
at Bankfield Museum.
